Updated release notes: Trimble Survey GNSS firmware v5.68 and v6.28

A minor update has been made to the Trimble Survey GNSS firmware release notes for versions 5.68 and 6.28, specifically in the “Improvements to Trimble IonoGuard” section. The “Enable with Fallback” mode is now set as the default.
