We would like to inform you that the Duet T camera has officially reached its End of Life (EOL), effective immediately. This decision follows the discontinuation of the thermal sensor used in the Duet T by its original manufacturer, which makes further production of this model no longer feasible.
In accordance with Swiss commercial and consumer protection standards, EAGLENXT is committed to ensuring a transparent transition and continued support for our customers.
Warranty and Support Commitments
Please note that:
– All Duet T units still under warranty will continue to benefit from full coverage under our Limited Warranty, as per the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase.
– Our Technical Support team remains available to assist with any questions regarding the operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of the Duet T camera.
– This EOL status does not affect the legal warranty rights of customers under Swiss law, including the obligation to repair or replace defective products within the warranty period.
