Whether you are working with Esri ArcGIS for Windows Mobile®, Esri ArcPad, or a custom application based on the same Esri mobile technology, Trimble® Positions™ software suite provides a complete streamlined workflow to manage your GNSS data collection for optimal speed and integrity.
If you are migrating to ArcGIS version 10.1 and are currently using GPS Analyst & GPS Correct, you must secure new software. The required software depends on what version of hardware you will run with the mobile software. Identify your hardware in the list below.
“CURRENT”: Geo 6000, Geo 3000, Geo 2008, Geo 5, Nomad 900G, Juno 5, Juno SB/SC/SD, Juno 3B/3D
“LEGACY”: Geo 2005, Geo 2003, Nomad 800, Juno ST, Recon
If you have “CURRENT” hardware and are migrating to ArcGIS version 10.1, you will need to secure both Trimble Positions for ArcPad and Trimble Positions Desktop Add-In.
If you have “LEGACY” hardware and are migrating to ArcGIS version 10.1, you will need to secure Trimble Pathfinder Office for its ShapeCorrect functionality. Your existing GPSCorrect will continue to work. Note that there will be no further updates to GPSCorrect.

Conversion:
Trimble is offering no-charge conversion options for those customers under current software maintenance who wish to migrate to Trimble Positions software. NOTE: After conversion is complete, the old license will lose its activation abilities. Contact NEI for your conversion options.
If the software converting from is not under current maintenance, it can be updated and then will qualify for the conversion. Contact NEI to update your software.
