– Install the latest Windows Updates from Microsoft (1803 as of August 2018)
– Check the USB to PC status on the Mobile Device
o Power on the Windows Mobile Device (Geos, TCS3, etc)
o On the mobile device, go into start/settings/connections.
o Choose USB to PC icon.
o Uncheck the box next to “Enable advanced network functionality” and click on OK
– Connect the Mobile Device to the PC
