Trimble is pleased to announce the release of the new Trimble HPS2 handle for smartphones, combining a Trimble DA2 GNSS receiver and an EDM for remote point measurement in a handheld form factor. Compatible with data collection and visualization apps, it leverages modern smartphone cameras and sensors to be a lightweight and flexible field tool. Alongside this release, Trimble SiteVision augmented reality software version 5.10 supports the HPS2 and is now available for download. A customer webinar will be held in September, with more information to come.
