hello, I have a GPS Trimble ProXT, worked great, until the controller did not take but the ProXT (data received bluethoot), the 3 LEDs flash simultaneously (amber, red, green and blue) without stopping. Can’t connect for bluethoot or serial cable with the controller and the laptop.the only way to turn off the gps is remove the battery. When you turn on the GPS it is the samethe firmware is 1.84 proxt trimble, but i can’t upgrade

The most common problem from firmware failures are

1) Not having the power plugged in

2) Something wrong with your serial port connection settings from the device to the PC

3) Something wrong with the ProSeries reciever

Go to this link and download the release notes and follow the directions for updating the firmware.

If the GPS firmware still fails then something is wrong with the GPS and should be sent in for repair, in which case you will need to create an account and submit a repair order form.
